At the hearing of 3 February 2021, the Constitutional Court, in the framework of the review of the laws prior to the promulgation, unanimously upheld the objection of unconstitutionality raised by the President of Romania and found that the Law amending and supplementing Law No 82/1993 regarding the establishment of the “Danube Delta” Biosphere Reserve was unconstitutional as a whole.
The decision is final and generally binding.
