At the hearing of 10 June 2021, the Constitutional Court, in the context of the review of laws subsequent to the promulgation, unanimously upheld the exception of unconstitutionality and found unconstitutional the expression “other entertainment or concert establishments” contained in point I of Chapter I of Annex III to Framework Law No 153/2017 on the remuneration of staff paid from public funds.
